- • As an Account Manager/Business Developer for Mirakl Ads, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Mirakl’s retail media business by acquiring and engaging advertisers, supporting them in leveraging Mirakl Ads solutions to achieve growth objectives through business development, strategic advisory, and data-driven insights.
- • You will define and implement growth strategies with marketplace operators, drive new advertiser onboarding through commercial negotiations, educate advertisers on Mirakl Ads solutions, monitor advertising revenues and performance metrics, and act as the voice of advertisers to relay business needs to product teams.
- • Mirakl is a global leader in marketplace innovation founded in 2012, operating an enterprise marketplace solution, AI-powered multichannel selling, retail media, and agentic commerce infrastructure, serving 450+ marketplaces and over 100k third-party sellers across 9 global offices with headquarters in Boston and Paris.
- • You will develop expertise in retail media, strengthen analytical and negotiation skills, contribute to product evolution through advertiser feedback, and grow your career in a values-driven culture emphasizing teamwork, action, excellence, expertise, and client empowerment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- • Fluency in English (French or another language is a plus)
- • Interest in retail media and understanding of its core principles, activation levers, and measurement fundamentals
