- • As an Account Manager at ControlUp Technologies Ltd., you will manage a portfolio of approximately 200 accounts in the Netherlands, focusing on post-sale relationship management to ensure customer success, improved ROI, and high renewal rates. This role is critical to driving retention, expansion, and lifetime value by aligning customer goals with ControlUp’s digital employee experience (DEX) and IT operations platform.
- • Day to day, you will engage with customers to understand their business challenges, act as their trusted advisor, and facilitate successful onboarding and adoption of software solutions. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers, and Professional Services teams to deliver a superior customer experience, monitor product usage, and identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and renewal negotiations.
