- • As an Account Manager (Payments) at Cin7 Limited, you will manage and grow a portfolio of existing high-value clients, focusing on increasing their Gross Payment Volume (GPV) and acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve business goals and maximize the value of Cin7’s inventory management and payments solutions.
- • Day to day, you will engage with clients to understand their needs, drive adoption of Cin7’s payments features, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, monitor account health, resolve issues, and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- • Cin7 is a fast-growing global software company serving over 8,000 customers, processing more than 125 million orders annually, and supporting over $35B in Gross Merchandise Value, recognized as best overall in inventory management software by Forbes Advisor in 2024.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in SaaS account management, payments technology, and customer success strategies while contributing to Cin7’s mission to empower product sellers and become the leading inventory management software brand worldwide.
