- • As an Account Manager specializing in Recycled Polyethylene at Green World Compounding, a Vinmar company, you will be at the forefront of driving sustainable manufacturing solutions. This pivotal role is designed to expand our sales initiatives for our innovative recycled plastic products across the European market. You will be instrumental in connecting with manufacturers and end-users who are increasingly prioritizing eco-friendly materials, guiding them in the seamless integration of sustainable recycled polyethylene into their production lines for a diverse range of applications, including packaging, automotive components, construction materials, and everyday consumer goods. Your expertise will directly contribute to the company's mission of promoting a circular economy and reducing environmental impact within the plastics industry.
- • In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of sales and client relationship management activities. You will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting manufacturers who are either currently using or are looking to transition towards recycled plastic materials. This involves in-depth market research to gain a comprehensive understanding of evolving customer needs, the specific applications of our recycled resins, compounds, and flakes, and the broader sustainability trends shaping the industry. You will be responsible for developing and meticulously managing a robust portfolio of industrial clients throughout Spain and the wider European region. A significant part of your role will involve presenting and effectively promoting Green World Compounding’s comprehensive range of recycled plastic solutions to potential buyers, highlighting their quality, performance, and environmental benefits. You will expertly negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and commercial terms to ensure profitable growth and achieve ambitious sales targets. To ensure seamless client experiences, you will collaborate closely with our logistics and operations teams, coordinating to guarantee timely deliveries and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate sales forecasts, diligently updating pipeline reports, and ensuring the integrity of our CRM data, providing crucial insights for strategic decision-making.
