📋 Description
- • The Account Manager is responsible for the preparation, coordination, and management of client insurance benefits enrollment and communication projects, playing a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of client initiatives and contributing to their success and satisfaction.
- • Day-to-day duties include coordinating benefits enrollment projects, managing timelines and checklists, leading team integration across departments, organizing weekly project meetings, scheduling client administrative calls with payroll and carriers, maintaining client relationships, producing enrollment manuals, administering counselor training, overseeing census distribution, managing replacement processes, monitoring enrollment systems, generating statistical reports from Oracle and enrollment platforms, auditing project enrollments, resolving customer service issues, and assisting with new hire project setups.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree with some business coursework
- • Minimum five years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in Group Benefits or Enrollment Management
- • Three years of effective project management experience, preferably within the insurance industry
- • Strong Excel and report writing skills with attention to detail
- • Experience navigating enrollment platforms such as Selerix, bswift Employee Navigator, Ultipro, or ADP
- • Current insurance license preferred
