• • The Account Manager, Renewal Sales role at Skyhigh Security is critical for driving revenue retention and growth by managing renewals of existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships in a fast-paced, cloud-based security leader.
• • Day to day, the person will maintain a book of business, manage a territory of accounts, guide customers and channel partners through renewals, work with regional partners on deal reviews and planning, manage bottlenecks in the renewals process, act as a trusted advisor, provide status updates for QBRs and opportunity management, build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, identify process optimization opportunities, and maintain accurate renewals forecasts.
