- • As the Manager of Strategic Development Managers (SDM), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing ServiceTitan’s Enterprise Sales Development strategy, directly contributing to company revenue goals by leading outbound pipeline generation through cold calls, emails, direct mail, and other creative channels.
- • You will manage and lead a team of 8–12 SDMs, overseeing their objectives, sales development, and performance achievement while providing coaching, call feedback, skill development, and mentorship to grow future sales professionals.
- • You will join a rapidly growing team at ServiceTitan, a company invested in leadership development, where you’ll report directly to senior management on operational and financial KPIs, gaining high visibility and influence across the organization.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in sales leadership, talent acquisition, performance analytics, and sales enablement technology, while building a high-performing SDR team that drives pipeline health and contributes to the company’s long-term growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Direct experience as an SDR/BDR combined with 12+ months in a closing Account Executive role
- • 1+ years of sales management experience or equivalent team lead/management experience
- • Proven outbound-specific cold-calling expertise and deep understanding of outbound pipeline generation processes
- • Track record of success in high-performing sales teams, both as an individual contributor and in a leadership capacity
- • Expert communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence
- • Analytical mindset with ability to generate reports and identify trends in data
- • Proficiency with Salesforce.com; strong preference for experience with Salesloft, Gong, and related sales enablement technologies
