• • The SMB Account Manager will manage a portfolio of ~150 SMB customers, proactively hunting for upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring strong renewal outcomes, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer value in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
• • Day to day, the role involves running structured account review meetings, prospecting within the account book, managing renewal cycles end-to-end, partnering with Customer Success Managers, prioritizing accounts, maintaining CRM hygiene, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies with customer needs.
