- • As an Account Manager SMB for France at Perk.com Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth within the French small and medium-sized business (SMB) market. Your work directly contributes to Perk’s mission of eliminating shadow work and enabling real impact by helping clients maximize the value of our intelligent travel and spend management platform.
- • You will own and nurture a portfolio of SMB accounts in France, serving as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and decision-makers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing deep customer engagement, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, conducting business reviews using data analytics, and ensuring smooth product adoption and integration across internal teams. Success in this role means building trusted, long-term relationships that enhance client travel programs while contributing to Perk’s revenue growth and market expansion.

🎯 Requirements
- • Native or near-native proficiency in French and fluent English
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or customer success
- • Preferred background in SaaS or travel-tech industries
