- • As an Account Manager at Perk, you will actively contribute to customer satisfaction and drive growth and margin within existing accounts in the Spanish and Portugal market, managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses.
- • Day to day, you will own customer relationships, develop deep engagement with key decision makers, leverage data analytics for business reviews, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth product rollouts and long-term solutions.
- • Perk is a global leader in intelligent travel and spend management, trusted by over 10,000 companies worldwide, with more than 1,800 employees across 12 offices, driven by values of ownership, 7-star experiences, and teamwork to eliminate shadow work and power real impact.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in SaaS and travel-tech, sharpen your analytical and presentation skills, build strategic client relationships, and achieve measurable growth targets while contributing to a mission-driven culture that values curiosity, purpose, and mindset.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native or near-native level of Spanish and fluent English
- • Minimum 2 years of account management or customer success experience
- • Previous exposure to the Spanish market is required
- • Background in SaaS or travel-tech is highly preferred
- • Outstanding presentation and communication skills with ability to build deep relationships
- • Strong prioritization, time management, and data analysis abilities
