- • As a Strategic Account Manager at Tactivos Inc., you will manage a portfolio of MURAL’s most strategic enterprise customers, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor to drive retention, expansion, and measurable business impact.
- • Day to day, you will understand customer business goals, lead strategic planning and success reviews, manage complex multi-stakeholder relationships, own renewals and expansion opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Sales to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
- • You will join a high-performance, high-trust Account Management team that works with some of the world’s largest and most recognized logos, operating with a startup’s hustle and an enterprise’s discipline, where initiative, impact, and customer obsession are rewarded.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic account plans tied to customer outcomes, influence C-suite stakeholders, mentor peers, shape Account Management processes, and act as the voice of the customer to inform product innovation and go-to-market strategy.
