Your daily work will involve close collaboration with cross-functional departments, including Marketing, Operations, and Product, ensuring a holistic approach to partner success.
  • • Your core responsibility will be Strategic Relationship Management. You will meticulously oversee a dedicated portfolio of restaurant brands, cultivating robust, enduring partnerships and serving as the primary, trusted point of contact for our network within the vibrant Torino region. This involves understanding their unique business needs, challenges, and aspirations.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be Performance Analysis. You will continuously monitor and dissect key performance metrics for your portfolio, translating complex data into actionable, data-led insights. These insights will be shared with partners to illuminate growth opportunities, optimize their presence on the Deliveroo platform, and ultimately enhance their overall satisfaction and profitability.
  • • You will engage in Commercial Negotiation, expertly navigating contract terms and conditions. Your objective will be to secure agreements that not only align with Deliveroo's strategic objectives but also demonstrably improve financial performance and elevate our Consumer Value Proposition (CVP), ensuring a win-win scenario for both Deliveroo and our restaurant partners.
  • • Strategic Planning will be another key pillar of your role. You will conceptualize and implement sophisticated portfolio strategies aimed at expanding market share and fostering unwavering partner loyalty. Your efforts will directly influence both absolute performance metrics and relative financial outcomes, driving sustainable growth.
  • • Furthermore, you will assume P&L Oversight for your designated portfolio. This entails actively managing and controlling the financial performance within your perimeter, proactively identifying potential financial risks, and strategically unlocking new revenue opportunities to maximize profitability and efficiency.
  • • You will act as a strategic consultant, leveraging your deep understanding of the food market and data-driven insights to guide restaurant partners toward maximizing their success on the Deliveroo platform. This consultative approach is crucial for building trust and demonstrating tangible value.
  • • Your role extends to identifying and capitalizing on market trends and competitive landscapes within Torino, providing partners with relevant intelligence to inform their business decisions and stay ahead of the curve.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar client-facing commercial role, with a demonstrated track record of building and nurturing long-term professional relationships.
  • • Strong understanding of financial principles, including P&L management, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable commercial strategies.
  • • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to lead complex discussions and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management applications to drive efficiency and maintain operational excellence.
  • • Familiarity with the Horeca, restaurant, or broader food market sectors is highly advantageous.
