- • The Account Manager role at Remote Referral Board Inc. is critical to driving customer retention, expansion, and revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle for existing accounts in the UK market. This position directly contributes to Remote’s mission of enabling compliant global employment by nurturing strategic customer relationships and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- • Day to day, the Account Manager will manage a book of business, meet and exceed sales quotas, identify expansion and upsell opportunities, present Remote’s services to existing customers, own customer relationships from sale to completion, maintain frequent contact with clients, design solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, lead retention initiatives, participate in strategic events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS sales, strategic account planning, and customer success within the global HR technology space. You will enhance your ability to forecast revenue, manage complex sales cycles, build C-level relationships, and drive net revenue retention — positioning yourself for growth into senior account leadership or sales management roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated ability in retaining and growing existing accounts, driving net new expansion bookings, and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- • Success in building key customer relationships across decision-makers, champions, and C-level stakeholders to drive client outcomes and revenue growth
- • Several years of Account Management experience preferable, or related SaaS sales experience
- • Business fluency in English is essential
- • Strong knowledge of sales processes and ability to learn complex product solutions
- • Self-directed, resilient, and able to perform under pressure with a customer-obsessed mindset
