• • As an Account Manager at Remote Technologies Inc., you will manage the full sales cycle for a portfolio of UK-based customers, focusing on retention, expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting Remote’s suite of global employment solutions to existing customers, identifying new business opportunities within accounts, maintaining frequent contact with key stakeholders, designing tailored solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
