- • As an Account Manager at Alcon, you will drive territory revenue by selling the company’s vision care portfolio to Eye Care Practitioners, using a needs-based selling approach to match innovative products with doctor and patient needs.
- • Day to day, you will develop and grow customer relationships, execute strategic account plans, clarify customer needs through targeted interactions, collaborate with internal teams on executional plans, and implement marketing initiatives to drive product adoption and behavior change.
