- • As an Account Manager, Wireless at Progressive Leasing LLC, you will serve as a key brand ambassador driving growth and market penetration for our innovative lease-to-own finance solutions by building and sustaining strategic relationships with major national retail partners in the wireless sector, directly contributing to revenue expansion and customer acquisition in a rapidly evolving FinTech landscape.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include establishing and nurturing relationships with retailer leadership to improve store performance and margin, conducting virtual trainings and one-on-one meetings to educate retail teams on our lease-to-own technology, leveraging CRM systems to log activities, analyze performance, and generate actionable insights, utilizing hardware and software tools to enhance accountability and sales efficiency, collaborating cross-functionally to align with partner strategic initiatives, and traveling up to 10% as needed to support on-site engagements and market initiatives.
- • You will join a dynamic, entrepreneurial sales organization within Progressive Leasing, a subsidiary of PROG Holdings (NYSE: PRG), where innovation, inclusivity, and employee development are core values, and where your contributions directly impact the evolution of consumer finance through cutting-edge Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) and lease-to-own solutions across in-store and e-commerce channels.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in retail sales strategy, account management best practices, and FinTech product positioning while developing advanced CRM and data-driven sales analytics skills, positioning yourself for career growth within a fast-growing, mission-driven company that rewards initiative, tenacity, and mastery in driving market share and sell-through for partners.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of proven experience in account management, with a preference for candidates who have successfully managed accounts in a retail environment
- • Fluency in English is required; fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
- • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM systems, including logging activities, providing insights, and conducting report analysis to support performance tracking and strategic decision-making
