Account Program Manager - Public Sector

📋 Description

• • The Account Program Manager (APM) serves as the strategic partner and relationship manager for Collibra Public Sector’s Federal customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving adoption, and delivering value from Collibra’s solutions while collaborating closely with Services and other GTM teams to create a seamless and resilient customer journey.
• • Day to day, the APM serves as the primary point of contact for assigned federal accounts, builds trusted relationships with key stakeholders, system integrators, and partners; coordinates technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions; drives customer alignment on goals and success criteria; tracks project progress; identifies and mitigates customer risk; manages escalations; and advocates for customer needs internally to influence product roadmap and prioritization.
• • Collibra’s Public Sector team focuses on serving U.S. federal government customers (civilian, DoD, or IC) with data intelligence solutions, operating in a mission-driven environment where technical expertise, regulatory awareness, and stakeholder management are critical to success.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in federal government operations, enterprise SaaS delivery, and cross-functional program management; you will learn to translate mission objectives into technical value, lead complex customer initiatives, and influence product strategy through direct customer advocacy—positioning yourself as a trusted advisor at the intersection of government needs and innovative data solutions.
