📋 Description

• • The Account Representative drives sales, identifies, and generates opportunities for various types of customers, playing a critical role in revenue growth and customer satisfaction for GenPT, Inc. (operating as Motion Industries). This role is essential for expanding market reach and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive engagement and technical product education.
• • Day to day, the person will generate new leads via networking, cold calling, and researching directories and internet sites; routinely interact face-to-face with customers to build relationships and ensure satisfaction; understand complex customer requirements to prepare customized quotations; deliver effective sales presentations that meet technical needs; assist with on-site troubleshooting of customer concerns; coordinate with vendor resources to support sales efforts; and perform other assigned duties to increase revenue and profitability through new business development and existing account growth.
