- • The Account Sales Manager (ASHME) oversees the development and execution of sales strategies and referral development for All Saints Home Medical Equipment (ASHME) and services, focusing on growing and managing client accounts, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- • Day to day responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities and potential markets for DME products, managing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for major clients, conducting regular client meetings to review needs and present new products, preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals, conducting market research, analyzing sales data to adjust strategies, and resolving client issues promptly.
- • The role is part of Saint Francis Health System, a healthcare organization committed to delivering quality medical equipment and services, where the Account Sales Manager works within the All Saints Home Medical Equipment division to drive growth and client retention in a B2B sales environment.
- • The person in this role can learn and achieve expertise in healthcare sales strategies, client relationship management in the DME industry, contract negotiation, market analysis, and sales performance optimization, while contributing to the expansion of ASHME’s market presence and referral networks.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 1 year of related experience in B2B sales, with healthcare environment experience preferred.
- • High School Diploma or GED required.
- • Valid driver’s license, Motor Vehicle Report, and proof of vehicle liability insurance as per SFHS guidelines.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship building abilities.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and strong analytical skills to solve business and technical problems with attention to detail.
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
