  • • As an Account Sales Representative at Loadsmart Inc., you will play a key role in driving growth for a hyper-growth logistics technology company valued at over $1 billion, helping disrupt the $800 billion freight industry by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
  • • Day to day, you will actively prospect new business through high-volume outreach via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and virtual or on-site meetings; manage existing client relationships to increase bookings, margins, and satisfaction; guide customers through integration, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding; and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams by sharing customer feedback to improve offerings.
  • • You will join a dynamic, fast-paced global team within the Account Sales department at Loadsmart, a unicorn startup led by logistics veterans and experienced engineers, product leaders, and data scientists, operating in Chicago with an onsite work model.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in logistics services (FTL, Intermodal, etc.), refine your sales skills through role play, objection handling, and pitch demos, and grow professionally through continuous learning, quarterly reviews, and Loadsmart’s CLEAR career progression program.
