📋 Description
- • Acquire and convert leads into sustainable customer relationships while expanding existing client partnerships within the automotive aftermarket sector in North West Netherlands.
- • Increase market share for 3M’s automotive aftermarket products among end-users in the assigned region, which includes North Holland, part of South Holland, and Utrecht.
- • Deliver product presentations, training sessions, and live demonstrations independently or in collaboration with an Application Engineer to drive customer adoption and satisfaction.
- • Collaborate closely with internal team members and distribution partner representatives to align sales strategies and ensure seamless customer support.
- • Operate as an outside sales representative with regular field visits to customers and partners across the designated territory.
- • Utilize CRM and database management tools to track sales activities, manage customer data, and report on pipeline progress and performance metrics.
- • Maintain strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to prepare sales materials, reports, and customer communications.
- • Leverage strong communication skills in both Dutch and English to effectively engage with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders in multilingual environments.
- • Demonstrate commercial drive, initiative, and persuasive abilities to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive aftermarket landscape.
- • Plan and prioritize daily activities to maximize customer coverage and sales efficiency while adapting to evolving market demands.
- • Contribute to 3M’s Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) culture by adhering to all safety policies and proactively identifying potential hazards in field operations.
- • Embrace 3M’s commitment to diversity and inclusion by fostering respectful, collaborative relationships with colleagues and customers from all backgrounds.
- • Ensure compliance with 3M’s application requirements by submitting a complete CV in English, including detailed education and work history.
- • Participate in ongoing commercial and technical training provided by 3M to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness, even without prior automotive repair industry experience.
