  • • As part of the dynamic Growth and Accelerator Team, you will be instrumental in developing solutions for Agoda’s emerging and high-growth accommodation partners. This team is comprised of creative entrepreneurs empowered to grow their markets and accounts, fostering win-win relationships and leveraging Agoda’s extensive portfolio and cutting-edge technology.
  • • Your primary objective as an Account Specialist is to significantly increase the coverage and quality of Agoda’s supply network. You will manage a substantial portfolio of emerging supply partners, providing essential support in partnership-related functions at scale.
  • • You will proactively engage with high-growth supply partners, identifying and highlighting key revenue growth opportunities to maximize their value and contribution to Agoda’s platform.
  • • A crucial aspect of your role will involve reaching out to new or potential supply partners, guiding them through the process to encourage the completion of their online registrations and onboarding onto the Agoda platform.
  • • You will be responsible for monitoring the performance of your assigned partners, providing support and implementing simple, effective action plans to improve their production and overall revenue generation.
  • • This role requires you to actively support the identification of supply and promotion needs within your portfolio, ensuring a better match between market demand and Agoda’s offerings in key destinations.
  • • Effective and efficient communication with partners is paramount. You will utilize various communication methods, including phone, email, messaging platforms, and webinars, to maintain strong relationships and drive engagement.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Native level Korean and intermediate English proficiency.
  • • 0-2 years of experience in business development or an execution role.

  • • Basic computer skills.
  • • Driver’s license with good driving skills and a clean record.
