- • As an Account Specialist (Sales Support), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of client orders and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position is crucial for enabling our Account Managers to dedicate their focus to revenue generation and strategic client engagement.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Account Managers. This includes meticulously managing various sales support tasks such as preparing buy sheets, setting up product styles, processing existing art changes, retrieving art assets, and extracting essential data to inform sales strategies and client needs.
- • You will be instrumental in preparing detailed product information, including SKUs, UPCs, design specifications, and all necessary customer data, ensuring accuracy and completeness for every order.
- • The role involves actively supporting sales presentations, managing customer sample requests efficiently, and conducting timely follow-ups to nurture client relationships and drive satisfaction.
- • As a key member of the team, you will also serve as a reliable backup point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring continuity of service and support when primary Account Managers are unavailable.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be managing orders within our internal systems, primarily FileMaker/ERP. This requires precise data entry of product details and customer information, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all records.
- • You will be responsible for ensuring that all order details are complete, accurate, and clearly communicated to our Production teams, minimizing errors and delays.
- • Proactively tracking the status of all orders, you will identify and flag potential risks, necessary revisions, or any missing information, taking swift action to mitigate issues.
- • Maintaining the highest level of data integrity across both our internal systems and customer-facing platforms is paramount to ensure consistent and reliable information flow.
- • You will act as a vital liaison, facilitating smooth communication and coordination between various internal departments, including Sales, Approvals, Pre-Production, Post-Production, Product Development, and Sourcing.
- • Your coordination of the customer sampling process, for both domestic and overseas development, will be critical in ensuring clients receive accurate and timely product samples.
- • You will be empowered to escalate issues that arise and diligently follow them through to resolution, preventing potential delays and ensuring project timelines are met.
- • Ensuring that all handoffs between departments are clear, well-documented, and efficiently managed is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and preventing miscommunication.
- • You will be responsible for maintaining consistent and proactive customer communication, sending periodic updates on order status, upcoming product launches, and key project milestones.
- • Capturing, tracking, and ensuring the completion of action items derived from customer interactions and internal meetings will be a key performance indicator.
- • Providing clear, concise, and timely communication to customers is essential for building and maintaining their confidence in our services and products.
- • Success in this role will be measured by a high level of accuracy in order entry and data management, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and consistent follow-through across a portfolio of accounts.
