  • • Manage a portfolio of paid media clients independently, ensuring optimal campaign performance across Google, Meta, and Microsoft advertising platforms.
  • • Develop and execute data-driven digital advertising strategies that align with client business goals and drive measurable revenue impact.
  • • Monitor, analyze, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels to maximize ROI and customer lifecycle value.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction levels.
  • • Translate client objectives into actionable media plans that integrate cross-platform advertising for cohesive, scalable growth.
  • • Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts through performance insights and strategic recommendations.
  • • Maintain compliance with Google Premier Partner standards and apply best-in-class practices in campaign execution and reporting.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams including creative, analytics, and account management to deliver unified client experiences.
  • • Prepare and present performance reports to clients, clearly articulating campaign results, trends, and future recommendations.
  • • Stay current with evolving ad platform algorithms, industry trends, and emerging AI-driven media technologies to inform strategy.
  • • Support the onboarding of new clients by assisting in the setup, structuring, and optimization of initial paid media campaigns.
  • • Ensure all client campaigns are aligned with the company’s methodology of integrating media into a singular, optimized framework focused on direct revenue impact.
  • • Work within the framework of Point Success’s specialized approach tailored for franchise and mid-market service-based businesses in health, wellness, and professional services.
  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and tools to enhance campaign efficiency and client outcomes.
  • • Maintain accurate documentation of campaign strategies, client communications, and performance benchmarks for audit and knowledge-sharing purposes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Advertising platforms
  • • Demonstrated ability to drive client retention and satisfaction through proactive relationship management
  • • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting campaign data to inform strategic decisions
  • • Experience working with franchise or mid-market service-based businesses preferred
  • • Deep understanding of digital advertising metrics and their correlation to revenue outcomes
  • • Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts with high attention to detail and deadlines
