  • • As an Account Strategist, Paid Media at Directive Consulting, you will be at the forefront of performance marketing for leading SaaS and Tech companies, leveraging our proprietary Customer Generation methodology. This role is integral to our Paid Media team, reporting directly to the Associate Director, and is designed for an individual who thrives on client interaction, strategic development, and data-driven execution.
  • • You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, responsible for communicating performance results, crafting bespoke paid media strategies, and ensuring the flawless execution of all deliverables. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain extensive experience in developing and managing high-impact paid strategies specifically tailored for the complexities of enterprise SaaS businesses.
  • • Your core responsibility will be to oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts, ensuring they not only meet but exceed client objectives. This involves a deep dive into each client's unique positioning, their competitive landscape, and their distinct value propositions to inform strategic decisions.
  • • You will serve as direct support to client contacts, building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships. This includes proactive communication, managing expectations, and consistently demonstrating the value Directive brings to their business.
  • • Regular weekly communication with any vendors or operational partners is essential to ensure seamless alignment on assigned tasks, maintain high work quality, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in our collaborative efforts.
  • • A key aspect of this role is driving referrals through exceptional client relationships and by actively leveraging your professional network, contributing to Directive's growth.
  • • You will be instrumental in building and presenting comprehensive paid media strategies for clients on a quarterly basis, outlining clear objectives, tactical approaches, and anticipated outcomes.
  • • A critical function is the ability to create, maintain, and meticulously optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across a diverse range of channels, ensuring maximum return on investment and efficient allocation of resources.
  • • You will be responsible for confirming the accuracy of lead routing within client CRMs, ensuring that the valuable leads generated by paid media efforts are correctly directed for follow-up and conversion.
  • • A solid understanding of the value and application of Programmatic campaigns is expected, enabling you to integrate these sophisticated solutions into client strategies where appropriate.
  • • Personal productivity and utilization are paramount; you will be expected to manage your workload effectively, ensuring timely delivery of all tasks and responsibilities.
  • • You will work in close collaboration with the Associate Director to ensure both internal team goals and client-specific objectives are consistently being achieved, fostering a culture of shared success.
  • • Execution and optimization of PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, will be a daily focus. This includes in-depth keyword research, compelling ad copywriting, and precise audience targeting to maximize ROI and drive qualified traffic.
  • • Success in this role is defined by your ability to embody Directive's core values in all interactions, effectively manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts, and consistently meet and exceed department-level OKRs such as client growth and goal attainment.
  • • Building client trust and relationships that foster consistent renewals is a key performance indicator, alongside identifying opportunities to cross-sell services that align with client goals and objectives.
  • • You will be responsible for clearly communicating results to client point-of-contact and executives, translating complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.
  • • Exceptional decision-making skills, particularly as they relate to the strategic direction of accounts, are crucial for driving success and demonstrating leadership within the team.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses a unique perspective on how to drive value for SaaS businesses, translating strategic thinking into measurable results.
  • • You will be expected to translate and articulate strategy effectively, telling compelling stories with data to influence client decisions and internal stakeholders.
  • • Demonstrating an equal blend of competitiveness and curiosity, you will be a true problem solver, constantly seeking innovative solutions to challenges.
  • • You will live on the cutting edge of the industry, always looking for opportunities to grow your knowledge and share insights with the team.
  • • The ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality is essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
  • • You are quality-obsessed, maintaining a high standard for your work while retaining your passion for advertising.
  • • Occasional travel to visit clients, approximately once per year per client or as needed, will be required to foster deeper relationships and strategic alignment.
