🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency, with proven success managing paid media campaigns for B2B SaaS or technology clients.
- • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid social/platforms, including proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, bid management, and audience targeting.
- • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or similar platforms to interpret performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, build quarterly strategies, and drive measurable results for mid-market or enterprise accounts, including client retention and upsell/cross-sell success.
- • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for client stakeholders and executives.
