- • Own the client relationship end-to-end for multiple pharmaceutical brands, acting as the single point of accountability and the face of the P10 experience. You will be entrusted with high-value accounts and expected to deepen trust through proactive communication, strategic counsel, and flawless execution.
- • Translate complex brand objectives into data-driven social media strategies that resonate with both HCP and DTC audiences. You will oversee paid, owned, and earned social programs across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and emerging channels, ensuring every post, story, and ad ladder up to measurable business outcomes.
- • Elevate social listening from a reporting exercise into a strategic weapon. Partner daily with our analytics team to mine conversation data for unmet patient needs, competitive whitespace, and real-time sentiment shifts, then package those insights into board-ready narratives that influence brand planning and medical messaging.
- • Architect and lead quarterly business reviews that showcase campaign performance, forecast future growth, and secure incremental budget. Your decks will balance clinical rigor with creative storytelling, demonstrating how social tactics accelerate Rx lift, adherence, and patient-reported outcomes.
- • Orchestrate cross-functional pods of strategists, creatives, medical reviewers, and media buyers in a fully remote environment. You will set the cadence for stand-ups, manage RACI charts, and remove roadblocks so that every deliverable—from animated MOA reels to paid search landing pages—clears MLR on the first pass.
- • Manage P&L responsibility for accounts up to $2 million, partnering with the CFO to build annual forecasts, monthly accruals, and scenario models that protect margin while funding innovation. You will spot upsell opportunities (e.g., social care, influencer partnerships, real-world evidence studies) and shepherd them from ideation to signed SOW.
- • Travel up to 20% for market research, POA meetings, and advisory boards, distilling field intelligence into actionable briefs that keep our creative teams clinically accurate and culturally relevant. When on-site, you will mentor junior account executives and model the collaborative, ego-free culture that defines P10.
- • Champion regulatory excellence by owning the MLR submission calendar, version control, and annotation matrices. You will train clients and creatives on FDA guidance, ASCO disclosure rules, and OPDP precedent so that every claim is substantiated and every adverse event pathway is documented.
- • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by piloting new social formats (e.g., Instagram Broadcast Channels, Reddit AMAs) and sharing results in fortnightly "test-and-learn" huddles. Your curiosity will help P10 stay three steps ahead of platform algorithms and policy changes.
- • Serve as a talent magnet and retention engine—identifying rising stars within your accounts, crafting development plans, and celebrating wins loudly in Slack channels and company-wide town halls. Your leadership will ensure that the P10 team remains as diverse, passionate, and high-performing as the patients we ultimately serve.
