  • • OpenDR Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Data Administrator to provide crucial operational and administrative support across our dynamic Finance and People, Legal, and Compliance (PLC) functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of these departments by managing a wide array of clerical, organizational, and transactional tasks. By expertly handling these essential duties, you will empower our leaders and teams to concentrate on strategic initiatives and higher-level priorities, directly contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of OpenDR's mission to transform surgical orchestration.
  • • As a centralized administrative resource, you will be instrumental in supporting both the Finance team and the PLC function. This involves adeptly managing competing priorities from various stakeholders, always maintaining clear communication, demonstrating appropriate urgency, and embodying a strong service-oriented mindset. Your ability to handle sensitive financial, employee, legal, and compliance-related information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion will be paramount to building trust and ensuring data integrity.
  • • Your core responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of administrative and clerical support. This includes performing accurate and timely data entry across various systems, spreadsheets, and internal tools, ensuring that information is always up-to-date and reliable. You will manage general office and administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, maintaining organized digital and physical files, managing records, and handling correspondence with professionalism. Furthermore, you will provide essential support for calendar coordination, meticulously preparing for meetings, and diligently following up on assigned tasks, ensuring that all administrative processes are streamlined and efficient.
  • • In the realm of Accounting and Expense Support, you will play a key role in processing expense reports, credit card reconciliations, and reimbursements, strictly adhering to company policies and procedures. You will assist with fundamental accounting-related tasks, including tracking invoices, validating data for accuracy, and categorizing expenses correctly. Your proactive approach will involve coordinating with finance or accounting teams to promptly resolve any discrepancies or address missing documentation, thereby maintaining the accuracy of financial records.
  • • Project and Task Coordination will be another significant aspect of your role. You will be responsible for tracking assigned projects and action items, ensuring diligent follow-through and timely completion. By monitoring routine projects, tracking their progress, following up with stakeholders, and escalating issues as needed, you will help keep initiatives on schedule. Your assistance in gathering information, preparing status updates, and maintaining comprehensive task lists or trackers will be invaluable to project success.
  • • General Operational Support requires a flexible and responsive approach. You will provide support across both functions for various routine operational needs, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as business demands arise. Upholding a high level of professionalism and responsiveness is crucial, especially within our fully remote work environment. This role demands a proactive individual who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and supporting critical business functions from a distance. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining the operational backbone of OpenDR's Finance and PLC departments, enabling seamless operations and strategic growth.
  • • This role is ideal for someone who excels in a remote setting, possesses a keen eye for detail, and is committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism in all tasks. You will be an integral part of a forward-thinking company that is revolutionizing surgical orchestration through its integrated platforms: Surgimate, ImplantBase, and openDoctor.
