- • The Accounting Manager leads the strategy around accounting policy, reporting, month-end close, GAAP, and various reporting processes, overseeing a growing team of accountants dedicated to telling the Branch story.
- • Day to day, the person will oversee accounting processes and automation for key cycles, support the development of key accounting policies, develop strategies for anticipated reporting requirements, drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing process iterations, lead research on new accounting pronouncements, manage third-party consultant relationships for taxes, audits, and system implementations, and establish playbooks for complex business transactions.
