- • The Accounting Manager will lead all accounting operations at Eight Sleep, including revenue recognition, accounts payable, inventory, fixed assets, payroll, and cash management, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in support of the company’s mission to advance sleep fitness technology.
- • Day to day, the role involves managing the full month-end close process, building and utilizing AI-driven automation to streamline workflows, improving internal controls, supporting audit and tax compliance, and collaborating with FP&A and strategic finance teams to deliver financial insights to business partners.

🎯 Requirements
- • Active CPA license
- • Public accounting firm experience (Big 4 or large regional) with audit background strongly preferred
- • Corporate/private company accounting experience in addition to public accounting background
- • 5-7 years of progressive accounting and managerial experience
- • Experience building and utilizing AI workflows and agents to automate accounting tasks
- • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data mindset
