• • The Success Experience Intern role at Calix, Inc. is a full-time, remote summer internship based anywhere in the United States or Canada, designed to provide hands-on experience in customer experience, content strategy, business operations, data analysis, marketing/success alignment, and AI-enabled process design.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting content management strategy workshops, assisting with engagement catalog review and updates, contributing to AI-powered engagement recommendation engine pilots, managing contact management workflows through data validation and documentation, documenting cross-team alignment across Success, Marketing, and Product, and assisting with operational tasks such as research, data cleanup, content audits, and lifecycle communication alignment.
• • The intern will join Calix’s award-winning Success Experience team and work within a unique internship program that emphasizes training and on-the-job learning, offering exposure to Success, Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams through high-visibility, cross-functional core programs spanning the entire customer lifecycle.
• • The intern will gain practical experience in enterprise-level strategic initiatives, AI-driven engagement design, content lifecycle governance, customer journey alignment, segmentation, workflows, and operational tooling, while developing skills in analytical thinking, organizational planning, and written communication in a dynamic, remote work environment.
