- • Ennoble Care is seeking a compassionate, dedicated per diem Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide essential in-home care to patients in the Easton, PA region. This role is vital to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with chronic conditions and limited mobility, supporting Ennoble Care’s mission to provide continuum of care in the comfort of the patient’s home.
- • Day to day, the caregiver will care for a census of 5-6 patients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, grooming, skin and nail care, toileting, positioning, and transfers. Responsibilities include feeding patients, assisting with prescribed exercises and range of motion activities, performing light housekeeping (including changing bed linens and laundry), and promptly reporting any changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.
- • Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating across multiple states including New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, and Georgia.
