- • The Accounting Manager will lead the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP and SOX controls for LivePerson, a global leader in enterprise conversational AI.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing closing workpapers (prepayments, leases, fixed assets, accruals, software capitalization and impairment), reviewing and approving journal entries and reconciliations, presenting flux analysis to stakeholders, and supporting SEC financial reporting initiatives.
- • The role operates within LivePerson’s global accounting team, supporting a fast-growing, innovative company recognized by Fast Company as the #1 Most Innovative AI Company and trusted by leading brands to power nearly a billion monthly conversational interactions.
- • The Accounting Manager will develop accounting policies and procedures, mentor and manage a team of 4-5 FTEs, drive process improvements, and gain exposure to strategic projects and system optimizations that enhance financial operations and professional growth.
