Accounts Payable Lead

📋 Description

• • As an Accounts Payable Lead at Monks, you will oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable function in a high-growth shared services environment, ensuring accurate accounting, policy and tax compliance, timely disbursements, and continuous process optimization while acting as the primary liaison between vendors and internal teams.
• • Day to day, you will lead and coordinate the AP team, supervise invoice intake, validation, coding, and supplier reconciliation, ensure on-time payments aligned with policies and cash flow priorities, review and approve AP reconciliations and aging reports, manage key vendor relationships, resolve billing disputes, monitor and report AP KPIs, ensure compliance with accounting standards and local tax regulations, identify and execute process improvements, support automation initiatives, partner with Treasury/Finance on cash flow projections, and report periodically to the Head of Shared Services on AP status, risks, and improvement plans.
