- • As an Acoustics Account Manager at Cochlear Limited, you will drive the growth and adoption of bone conduction and acoustic implant solutions across NHS Trusts and private providers in Scotland and Northern England, directly impacting patient access to life-changing hearing technology.
- • You will develop and execute territory-level account plans, manage forecasting and pipeline, build relationships with audiologists, ENT clinicians, procurement teams, and service leads, and support clinical pathway optimisation to improve patient outcomes and service efficiency.
- • Cochlear is a global leader in implantable hearing devices, helping people hear in over 180 countries, with a mission-driven culture where employees cite making a difference to people’s lives as their top reason for joining.
- • You will gain deep expertise in medical device commercialisation within the NHS, strengthen stakeholder engagement and strategic account planning skills, and contribute to service innovation while collaborating with clinical, surgical, marketing, and commercial teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or NHS account management (typically 2+ years)
- • Experience managing Trust-level or multi-stakeholder accounts
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, audiology, or a related field
