📋 Description

• As an Activation Associate at Coins.ph, you will play a key role in driving user engagement and adoption of the Philippines’ leading cryptocurrency platform, helping expand access to digital financial services for millions of Filipinos.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include onboarding new users through targeted outreach, conducting product demonstrations and training sessions, gathering user feedback to improve activation strategies, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to design and execute community-based activation campaigns.
• You will be part of a dynamic, mission-driven team at Coins.ph, a pioneering and fully regulated crypto brand trusted by over 18 million users, committed to financial inclusion through innovative blockchain-powered solutions.
• In this role, you will develop strong interpersonal and communication skills, gain hands-on experience in fintech and crypto adoption strategies, and contribute directly to growing financial access in emerging markets while building a career in a fast-evolving industry.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and communication skills in English and Filipino
• Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations and user training sessions
• Experience in customer-facing roles, sales, marketing, or community outreach
• Willingness to travel within Metro Manila and surrounding areas for field activations
