- ⢠Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new featuresâfrom discovery interviews with Fortune 1000 customers to writing crisp user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and validating releases in production. Your insights will directly influence the roadmap for a platform that processes billions of dollars in annual contract value.
- ⢠Translate market intelligence and customer feedback into actionable product requirements. You will run competitive analyses, synthesize win/loss data, and present findings to senior leadership, ensuring that every sprint is grounded in real-world impact and measurable ROI.
- ⢠Champion a data-driven culture by instrumenting key metrics, building dashboards, and running A/B tests that validate hypotheses before engineering resources are committed. Expect to become fluent in SQL, Amplitude, and Salesforce reports so you can tell the story behind every KPI.
- ⢠Collaborate with UX designers to craft intuitive interfaces that reduce time-to-quote by 30% and increase renewal rates by double digits. You will lead usability sessions, iterate on wireframes, and ensure accessibility standards are met for a global user base spanning North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- ⢠Serve as the voice of the customer during quarterly business reviews and executive briefings. You will distill complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions, helping sales close multi-year deals and customer success expand existing accounts.
- ⢠Drive cross-functional alignment through agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives. You will remove blockers, negotiate scope trade-offs, and keep distributed teams motivated across time zones, ensuring releases ship on time and within budget.
- ⢠Mentor junior product owners and analysts by sharing best practices in backlog grooming, stakeholder communication, and outcome-based thinking. Your leadership will elevate the entire product organization and create a pipeline of future leaders.
- ⢠Contribute to Congaâs culture of continuous learning by hosting lunch-and-learns, writing internal blog posts, and participating in industry conferences. You will stay ahead of trends in CPQ, CLM, and billing automation, bringing fresh ideas back to the team.
