• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing complex calendars for one or more leaders, coordinating internal and external meetings across time zones, arranging travel logistics, processing and tracking expenses, supporting team meetings and offsites, ensuring smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining clear communication and follow-through on all scheduling and logistics tasks.
• • The role operates within a broader executive operations team, working closely with Executive Business Partners in a high-talent-density, fast-paced environment that values collective decision-making, rapid execution, and independent judgment.
