- • The Administrative Business Partner role supports leaders and teams with scheduling, coordination, and operational execution to enable high-impact work through precision, organisation, and reliability.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing complex calendars for one or more leaders, coordinating internal and external meetings across time zones, arranging travel logistics, processing and tracking expenses, supporting team meetings and offsites, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- • The role operates within a high-talent-density, fast-moving executive operations team at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., collaborating closely with Executive Business Partners to maintain operational efficiency.
