• • The Administrative Business Partner role supports leaders and teams with scheduling, coordination, and operational execution to enable focus on high-impact work.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing complex calendars for one or more leaders, coordinating internal and external meetings across time zones, arranging travel logistics, processing and tracking expenses, supporting team meetings and offsites, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintaining clear communication and follow-through on scheduling and logistics.
• • The role operates within a high-talent-density, fast-moving team at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., working closely with Executive Business Partners as part of a broader executive operations team that values collective decision-making, rapid execution, and independent judgment.
