• • As an Admissions Counselor at Campus LLC, you will serve as a trusted guide for prospective students, building real relationships and offering honest encouragement to help them make confident, informed decisions about their educational future.
• • Day to day, you will connect with prospective students via phone, text, and email to build trust, discover their goals, and guide them through the admissions process, including conducting interviews, managing a personal pipeline of 80+ calls daily, and following up consistently using Salesforce and structured outreach tools.
• • The Admissions team at Campus plays a vital role in helping students explore whether the institution is the right fit academically, professionally, and personally, operating as the first real conversation many students have about their future.
• • In this role, you will develop strong communication, empathy, and resilience skills while learning to navigate ambiguity, manage high-volume outreach, and contribute directly to Campus’s mission of reimagining higher education through accessible, accredited two-year programs with in-demand business and AI skills.
