- • The Senior Manager of Pharmacy Clinical Consulting and Plan Performance is responsible for managing clinical consulting services and improving the performance of partner plans, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive initiatives that enhance clinical outcomes, cost efficiency, and overall plan performance.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading strategy development and implementation to meet client plan performance commitments, acting as a clinical subject matter expert to the client services team, delivering evidence-based clinical consulting services, analyzing pharmacy benefit plan performance metrics, and building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
