📋 Description

• • As a Financial Risk Operations Manager at Windranger Labs Pte. Ltd., you will serve as the functional architect of the Risk Control System (RCS), bridging high-level risk policy with technical implementation to ensure secure, compliant, and seamless financial operations across global markets.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and defining logic, rules, and triggers for fiat transactions, card usage, and forex activities; leading end-to-end risk operations such as real-time monitoring, investigations, and decisive actions like account blocks or fund freezes; developing risk policies and SOPs aligned with international banking standards; collaborating closely with engineering teams to translate operational needs into technical specifications; and conducting data-driven forensics to detect fraud, money laundering, and anomalous market behaviors.
• • You will join a 50-person, globally distributed team spanning 18+ countries, headquartered in Zurich, operating under one of the world’s most rigorous regulatory frameworks, with over 240,000 live accounts and $1.2B+ in deposits across four continents.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in traditional banking risk systems while shaping scalable, automated risk controls in a fast-moving fintech environment, gaining direct influence over product design and regulatory compliance strategy at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets.
