- • As an Implementation Specialist II for EverHealth’s CollaborateMD solution, you will be the trusted advisor guiding new healthcare customers through onboarding, ensuring successful integration of the practice management platform into their revenue cycle management (RCM) operations and driving early value realization.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include hosting webinar training sessions for multiple stakeholders, serving as the primary customer contact for 60–90 days, managing end-to-end implementation projects to ensure on-time delivery, providing consultative support on software best practices, responding promptly to inbound inquiries, identifying and escalating critical issues, and juggling 15–20 concurrent customer projects while becoming a product expert for internal teams.
- • You’ll join EverCommerce, a Nasdaq-listed service commerce platform transforming the service economy with tailored SaaS solutions for 685,000+ customers across Home & Field Services, Health Services, and Fitness & Wellness industries, where innovation, customer success, and remote collaboration are core to our culture.
- • In this role, you’ll deepen your expertise in healthcare technology and RCM workflows, sharpen your project management and client advisory skills, gain exposure to enterprise SaaS implementations, and position yourself for long-term growth in customer success, implementation leadership, or healthcare IT consulting within a fast-growing, values-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Nursing, or a similar field
- • 2+ years of experience in healthcare technology with a strong focus on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), preferably in onboarding, implementation, client success, or practice operations supporting medical billing workflows and EHR/PM platforms
- • Experience in customer implementation, customer success, account management, solutions engineering, consulting, or sales roles
- • Strong customer service skills with the ability to patiently guide users through first-time experiences
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
