- • As a Manager, Ad Tech Operations at Jellyfish, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the Partnership team by serving as a platform specialist across DV360, CM360, and SA360, resolving platform questions logged via the ticketing system by clients.
- • You will onboard and support Google Marketing Platform (GMP) clients, driving strong relationships while ensuring they receive best-in-class service and adhering to ticket SLAs and best practices.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing campaign performance across programmatic platforms, resolving basic platform questions (user access, creative approvals, spend issues), completing account build tasks (advertiser creation, linking, floodlight/audience creation), developing insights to inform client strategies, partnering with Business Development to generate strategies for prospective clients, interfacing with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication, and collaborating across teams to create holistic advertiser solutions.
