  • • As an Advanced Digital Engagement Account Executive at RingCentral, you will drive sales execution and technical expertise for the company’s Advanced Digital Engagement portfolio, including AI-powered solutions like RingSense AI, Intelligent Virtual Agents, and Agent Assist Tools, directly impacting revenue growth in a $93B market opportunity.
  • • You will evangelize RingCentral’s cutting-edge digital engagement solutions to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, translating complex technical capabilities into business value through consultative selling and solution-based presentations tailored to executive and technical audiences.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive discovery sessions, developing formal sales plans and proposals, transferring product and industry knowledge to clients, managing expectations, and providing expert support for RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs while maintaining deep product mastery.
  • • You will collaborate closely with field sales teams across a large North American territory, acting as an overlay AE to drive multi-product deals and serving as a subject matter expert (SME) who mentors peers and enables team-wide success through knowledge sharing.
  • • Representing RingCentral at industry conferences and sales events, you will stay ahead of competitive landscapes, continuously educate yourself on emerging technologies, and contribute to training materials that elevate the entire sales organization’s digital engagement fluency.
  • • You will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and professional services to align go-to-market strategies, ensuring solutions are positioned effectively and feedback loops inform future innovation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 3 years of experience with digital engagement tools, including Intelligent Virtual Agents, Agent Assist Tools, and AI intelligence platforms.
  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with additional continuing educational achievements preferred.
  • • Proven ability to understand and communicate comprehensive, complex solutions, with strong storytelling and value-based presentation skills using real-world scenarios.
  • • Demonstrated success in coordinating across functional teams (marketing, product, professional services) and mentoring peers as a subject matter expert.
  • • Ability to work remotely with willingness to spend 25–50% of time in the field for customer engagement and events.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal/negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
