- • As an Advanced Seller Manager within our esteemed Strategic Accounts Group, you will be the linchpin in cultivating and nurturing our most valuable customer relationships. This is a pivotal role where you will serve as the dedicated owner of key accounts, working hand-in-hand with our most important clients to architect and deliver bespoke solutions meticulously tailored to their unique business objectives and strategic goals. Your primary mission will be to ensure these strategic partners not only achieve but exceed their desired outcomes, fostering deep loyalty and driving sustained growth.
- • You will operate at the nexus of customer engagement and internal operations, forging robust partnerships with a diverse array of internal stakeholders. This includes close collaboration with our Sales teams to identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities, with Account Management to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention, and with Program Managers to orchestrate the seamless delivery of our integrated solutions. Your ability to bridge these functions will be critical to ensuring a cohesive and exceptional customer experience from onboarding through to ongoing success.
- • A significant facet of this role involves spearheading the transition and sunsetting of our legacy software products and processes. This requires a strategic, empathetic, and highly organized approach to guide our customers through these changes, ensuring minimal disruption, maximum adoption of our cutting-edge new tools and platforms, and a clear understanding of the enhanced value they will receive.
- • Your day-to-day will involve a proactive and analytical approach to understanding customer engagement, satisfaction levels, and key performance metrics. By diligently monitoring these indicators, you will identify emerging opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and deeper integration, as well as pinpointing areas where we can enhance our service delivery and provide proactive support.
- • You will be instrumental in translating customer needs and market feedback into actionable insights for our internal teams. This involves providing crucial feedback and data to inform product development roadmaps, refine training materials for both internal staff and customers, and enhance our performance reporting to better reflect customer value and impact.
- • Acting as a trusted advisor is paramount. You will leverage your deep understanding of our product suite, combined with a keen awareness of market trends and competitive landscapes, to deliver recommendations that are not only value-driven but also grounded in robust data and analytics. This advisory capacity builds confidence and solidifies your position as an indispensable partner to our clients.
- • You will play a vital role in supporting the broader sales ecosystem by contributing to pipeline development activities and providing accurate forecasting. Your insights into account health and potential will be invaluable for strategic planning and resource allocation.
- • Active participation in critical strategic discussions is expected. This includes contributing to comprehensive account planning sessions, leading and presenting during quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and engaging in high-level customer strategy meetings to ensure alignment and drive mutual success.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in account management, customer success, strategic sales, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within B2B or enterprise software environments.
- • Demonstrated understanding of digital platforms, SaaS products, and the complexities involved in technology transitions and software migrations.
- • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise-level clients, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams both internally and externally.
- • Quantifiable success in driving revenue growth, managing complex customer portfolios, and achieving retention and expansion targets.
- • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong project management capabilities to handle multiple client initiatives simultaneously.
- • Comfort and adaptability in navigating organizational change and effectively guiding customers through transitions, ensuring smooth adoption and positive outcomes.
- • Experience utilizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency with analytical tools for data interpretation and reporting.
- • Familiarity with basic data analysis principles and an understanding of how Artificial Intelligence tools can be leveraged to enhance customer insights and operational efficiency.
- • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles.
