- • The Advanced Workflow Specialists Manager leads a team of Advanced Workflow Specialists to maximize resource utilization, develop team capabilities, and support scientific and application needs to drive sales revenue across EMEA.
- • Day to day, the role involves developing and enabling the AWS team to support sales with value-based demonstrations, providing market intelligence on trends and competitor activities, translating regional strategy into actionable plans, monitoring execution, mentoring direct reports, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing to foster team engagement and inclusivity.
- • The team operates within Leica Microsystems’ Business Development Team in EMEA, part of Danaher Corporation, working remotely to support customers across life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology with a mission to innovate for tangible impact through microscopy and AI-based image analysis.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and strategic execution skills, deepen expertise in life science microscopy and biopharma markets, drive measurable impact on win rates and market share, and grow professionally through mentoring, career development planning, and cross-functional collaboration within a culture of innovation and belonging.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in the field of Life Science microscopy.
- • Profound knowledge of 3D imaging solutions and Image analysis.
- • Experience in Biopharma and Biotech environments.
- • Fluent/native German and excellent English (written and spoken).
- • Sales talent and knowledge about sales or proven sales experience is a plus.
- • First-hand knowledge of applied microscopy solutions are a plus.
