- • As an Advertising Account Executive for Market Retail at Comcast Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving local and regional advertising revenue by connecting brands with target audiences through multiscreen TV advertising solutions. This role is critical to Comcast Advertising’s mission of advancing the TV advertising industry through innovative technology, premium video content, and data-driven strategies that empower businesses to grow.
- • You will be responsible for developing, servicing, and maintaining a portfolio of local clients and agencies within an assigned sales territory, ensuring they achieve their marketing objectives while helping Comcast meet or exceed annual sales goals. This medium-budget position requires a proactive, results-oriented professional who can thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing market trends and consumer insights to develop compelling advertising proposals tailored to client needs; presenting these proposals to local businesses and agencies to secure advertising commitments across linear and digital platforms.
- • You will actively prospect for new customers by identifying and engaging local retailers, service providers, and emerging businesses, using Comcast’s proven sales strategies to expand the client base and increase market penetration in assigned zones.
- • Collaboration is key: you will work closely with internal teams including ad operations, traffic, billing, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns, accurate scheduling, timely invoicing, and resolution of any service issues.
- • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer relationship management (CRM) records is essential, including tracking interactions, managing contract documentation, monitoring payment status, and contributing to quarterly sales forecasts and performance reports.
- • You will exercise independent judgment and discretion when handling confidential client information, preparing customized sales materials, managing expense reports, and adapting strategies based on market feedback or competitive activity.

🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- • 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales, advertising, marketing, or client-facing roles, preferably in media, telecommunications, or retail environments
- • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills with proven ability to present complex ideas clearly and influence decision-making
- • Proficiency in critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis to develop tailored advertising proposals and assess campaign performance
- • Demonstrated accountability, self-motivation, adaptability, and ability to work independently with moderate guidance while managing multiple priorities
- • Comfort using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools to track activities, generate reports, and manage customer data
