đź“‹ Description

  • • The Advertising Operations Specialist II serves as the execution engine behind AMP’s multi-channel marketing delivery, partnering directly with Client Relationship Managers to build, QA, launch, and optimize campaigns across Email, Text/SMS, Direct Mail, Social Advertising, and more — powering measurable outcomes for automotive dealership clients across the country. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, takes ownership of their work, and wants to grow inside a fast-moving, high-visibility team at VinSolutions — a Cox Automotive brand.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and QA’ing marketing campaign target audiences, email templates, direct mail content, text marketing templates, and other digital marketing assets; launching campaigns inside the VinSolutions Automotive Marketing Platform (AMP) while maintaining accuracy and timeliness across all channel deliverables; QA’ing completed graphic design work and coordinating dealer customer approvals; processing and executing assigned task work efficiently to meet agreed-upon timelines with CRM team members; collaborating with Client Relationship Managers and the AMP Product Team to implement campaigns on behalf of automotive dealership clients; coordinating with other Managed Services teams to fulfill client campaign needs; supporting the collection, distribution, and execution of task work for AMP Managed Services clients; taking on limited client communication (written and verbal) as proficiency grows to support campaign updates and approvals; participating in trainings, workshops, and platform updates as assigned; and demonstrating initiative to expand responsibilities as performance is proven.
  • • The team operates within Cox Automotive’s Marketing division, specifically under VinSolutions, a leader in automotive marketing technology that powers dealership success through innovative platforms like AMP. Cox Automotive transforms how the world buys, owns, sells, or uses cars through iconic consumer brands such as Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book, and industry-leading dealer-facing companies like vAuto and Manheim, all while fostering a people-centered culture grounded in innovation and inclusion.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in multi-channel campaign execution, gain hands-on experience with proprietary marketing automation platforms, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, and build confidence in client-facing communication — positioning yourself for growth into senior advertising operations, campaign management, or marketing technology roles within Cox Automotive’s expansive ecosystem.
